Nursery & Feeding Maintenance

Washing & sanitizing. I wash, sterilize, and prep all bottles, pumping equipment, and feeding accessories, ensuring everything is perfectly organized and ready for the next day.
Baby’s laundry. I gather, wash, dry, and fold your baby’s laundry during the quiet hours of the night so you wake up to clean, fresh clothes and swaddles.
Nursery tidiness. I keep the nursery organized and restocked overnight, so diapers, wipes, and supplies are always within reach and ready for the next feeding.

Attentive Nurture & Sleep Support

Feeding, diapering & soothing. I handle every midnight feeding, diaper change, and burping session using gentle, evidence-based methods tailored to your baby’s specific cues.
Gentle sleep shaping. I do not use rigid or stressful sleep training methods. Instead, I use compassionate, age-appropriate sleep shaping techniques to help your baby naturally transition into healthy sleep rhythms.
Calm, reliable support. No matter how fussy the night gets, I bring a peaceful, experienced presence into your home, keeping your baby secure and content while you sleep without worry.

Following Your Lead & Respecting Your Space

Attentive to your preferences. Your home is your sanctuary, especially during the vulnerable early weeks. I always follow the parents’ lead on how the night should go.
Quiet, focused care. If you prefer a night centered strictly around quiet tasks, they will be done flawlessly.
Undisturbed rest. If you prefer that I skip the chores to keep the environment completely undisturbed, I am more than happy to sit quietly, watchfully keeping the house as silent and peaceful as possible.
