Nicole O’Toole is the founder of Nite Lite Newborn Overnight Care and a passionate Newborn Care Specialist who brings heartfelt, family-centered care to every client. Rejecting the impersonal agency model, she treats every family like her own, delivering the same love, vigilance, and protection she would give her own children.
With formal NCS, Doula training and First Aid/CPR certifications, Nicole combines professional expertise with a lifetime of hands-on caregiving. Affectionately known by local families as the “baby whisperer,” she excels at soothing newborns, establishing healthy routines, and providing the overnight support that allows new mothers to rest and recover with peace of mind.
Her deep commitment to caregiving was shaped by 29 years of helping her mother care for her late brother, who battled pseudo-obstruction, and supporting her ill father. These experiences taught her the true value of a supportive “village,” which she now extends to families in the community through Nite Lite.
A proud mother of four (two boys and two girls) and wife of a respected local business owner with over 30 years of community service, Nicole brings warmth, reliability, and genuine devotion to every overnight shift. When she’s not caring for newborns, she enjoys shopping, family vacations, and making memories with her loved ones.
